Join us at a new location for an exciting astrophotography session where we will frame the rising Milky Way directly above Windang Island, creating a dramatic coastal nightscape.This session is designed for photographers with basic to intermediate experience in night photography. An understanding of manual settings is recommend. We will plan different compositions, discuss the best settings.... and capture some amazing night skies.
This meet-up will not be rescheduled if cancelled due to unsuitable weather.

Learn how to join your beautiful Daisy Granny Squares in this class. This is the second part of the class. You've already crocheted your beautiful modern chunky crochet blanket squares or squares for your bag, now learn how to join them. You'll learn how to make the bag straps (if doing a bag) and if doing a blanket how to put a border on the blanket.
This is the second part to the daisy square class.
Note: This class is suitable for beginners who already know the basics - how to hold their hook, and chain, if you can do that then this class is for you. I will be teaching you how to make the modern popular daisy granny square blanket. This class will be done in a few parts - making the squares, joining the squares and then adding a border to the blanket. The additional classes will be scheduled at the first class to ensure all can attend.
Important: Materials You Need to Bring
For this class, you must supply your own yarn and hook. It is recommended that you bring:
- Chunky 12ply yarn in at least three different colors
- An 8mm crochet hook
All patterns and instructions, including video tutorials, are included in the class cost.
